In the week between 2 to 6 May, the WIFI switches will be provided with a software update. The software of the access points will remain unchanged, but these will be restart after the software update.

This mainly concerns the study landscapes, educational locations and catering outlets on the Radboud campus. This maintenance will start at 3:00 oclock AM and takes 30min.

Due to the chosen time, the downtime for users will be minimal. Most mobile devices will automatically restore the Wi-Fi connection the next day. In case of persistent problems - you can contact the ICT Helpdesk (tel. 22222; icthelpdesk@ru.nl) 08:00 AM.
