Update, Monday 31 October 2022 16:37
Today, Acrobat Reader has been installed on all Radboud-managed workstations. This makes it possible to open PDFs again. You may get a pop-up the first time you open a pdf.

If your work requires that you can use other Adobe programmes (such as Illustrator, Acrobat Pro), please contact the ICT Helpdesk (024-36 22222).

There is currently a problem with the Adobe license. A solution is being worked on.

It is possible to open PDFs using Adobe Reader, which is now automatically installed on your Radboud managed device. If you get a notification/pop-up from Adobe Acrobat (Acrobat Licensing Application) ignore it. If it is necessary to edit PDFs for your work please contact the ICT Helpdesk by phone on 024 36 222 22.

How to use Adobe reader:
- Save the PDF file to your computer first.
- Open the explorer and navigate to the saved file.
- Right-click on the file and choose Adobe Reader under "Open with".
